Mr.Priyvrat Singh Chouhan, a partner at ALP is an alumnus of Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur. He has extensive experience in Criminal & Litigation, Dispute resolution & advisory, Corporate and Revenue matters. He has represented multiple banks & consortiums of banks in multiple forums including Debt Recovery Tribunal, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, High Court of Madhya Pradesh and New Delhi and the Supreme Court of India. He has initiated & led insolvency proceedings before NCLT against financial debtors of banks. He advises entrepreneurs & provides them with complete legal assistance right from the stage of conception of an idea to building & running profitable business entities.

Mr. Chetan Agarwal, a partner at ALP, has completed his legal education from ILS, Pune & also holds a PG diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar. His key contributions include advising developers, Investors & land owners  on legal & regulatory issues. He has extensive experience in legal compliance along with diverse litigation in various matters related to construction & Infrastructure projects such as club houses, residential colonies, commercial complexes etc.

He has been working in IP law matters for years involving copyright & trademark infringements. He has obtained substantial relief & protection for registered trademark & fair dealing issues.
